CHARITY KNITTING
 

Every Tuesday 1-3 p.m.
 
Baskets of Yarn is committed to providing knitted and crocheted goods for two local Charities in the La Crosse area.  Unwanted yarn is donated and many helping hands turn it into items asked for by the Charities, such as hats, mittens, scarves, baby blankets, and baby sweaters for children up to age 5 and men's hats and mittens.
 
This is a great time to learn a new project and donate it back to the community.  There is no fee for learning how to knit these items.  Or if you already know how to make the items listed, you may knit them and drop them off at the store and we will make sure they get to where they are needed.  We meet every Tuesday from 1-3 p.m.
 
If you have any unwanted yarn laying around you wish to donate, you may drop it off at the store.  No amount is too small.  Please label it if it is 100% wool.
